Approves of alteration in. alignment of new crane wharf at Westport for Westport Harbour Board. Approves plan M.D. 441.7, showing tho tidal land at Puhoi which Major Whitney proposes to reclaim. Authorizes Tamaki West Road Board to reclaim a second approach to the Kohimarama Wharf at Pipimea Head, Kohimarama, and approves plan M.D. 4553. Further modifies license for construction of a train-lino across the New River Estuary to allow the suspension of traffic for one year from the 1st August, 1915. Alters tho notting-limits in tho New River Estuary. Makes regulation prohibiting bathing ofi the Howick Wharf. Approves plan M.D. 4583 of stock-shipping yard for the Settlers' Stock-shipping Yards Association at Taipa Village, Mangonui. Licenses tho Settlers' Stock-shipping Yards Association to occupy foreshore at Taipa Village as site for stock-shipping yard. Approves plan M.D. 4572 of extension to W. R. Fletcher's (Limited) wharf in Whangarei Harbour. Licenses W. R. Fletcher (Limited) to occupy foreshore, Whangarei Harbour, as site for wharf-extension. Revokes Order in Council licensing Ferguson's Mining and Smelting Company (Limited), to occupy foreshore at Waiomo, Thames County, as sito for dock and tramway. Revokes Order in Council licensing Ferguson's Mining and Smelting Company (Limited), to occupy foreshore at Waiomo, Thames County, as sito for wharf. Approves plan M.D. 4582 of tho Pinko Rivor Bridge which tho Thames County Council proposes to construct at Ngatca (Orchard), and authorizes the Council to construct the bridge in accordance with the said plans.
