Approves plan of M.D. 4369 of Otamatea County Council's wharf at Mapau, in Kaipara Harbour. Licenses Otamatea County Council to occupy foreshore at Mapau, in Kaipara Harbour, as site for a wharf. Revokes Order in Council licensing Lewis Littleproud to occupy foreshore at Mangonui Harbour as site for boat-shed and slip. Approves plan M.D. 4392 of wharf for John Fleming and Alfred Dowbery at Tatarariki, Kaipara Harbour. Licenses John Fleming and Alfred Dcwbery to occupy foreshore at Tatarariki, Kaipara Harbour, as sito for a wharf. Approves plan M.D. 4408, and authorizes Messrs. Hobday, Morten, and Humphreys to lay a pipe across the Sumner Estuary and to sink an artesian well. Makes additional regulations under the Fisheries Act prohibiting the use of more than one rod or line. Approves plan M.D. 4323 of Kawhia County Council's reclamation.at Kawhia. Authorizes Kawhia County Council to reclaim land in Kawhia Harbour. Revokes rent for wharves in Tokomaru Bay. Makes regulations in regard to the examinations for locomotive-engine driver and traction-engine driver certificates. Approves plan M.D. 4324 of Collingwood County Council's wharf. Licenses Collingwood County Council to occupy foreshore at Collingwood as site for a wharf. Licenses Kauri Timher_Company to occupy foreshore at Waihou, Kaeo, Pupuko, and Tairua Rivers as sites for timber-booms. Approves plan M.D. 4419 of house and outbuildings for Georgo Peters on foreshore at Porirua Harbour. Licenses George Peters to occupy foreshore, Porirua Harbour, as site for house and outbuildings. Approves of extension of breakwaters at Patea as shown on M.D. 4356 being altered to that shown on M.D. 4423. Licenses Coleman Phillips to occupy portion of foreshore at Komiti Bay, Kaipara Harbour, and to reclaim such land. Vests management of wharves at Port Albert, Mahurangi Heads, Matakana, Sandspit, Upper Matakana, Puhoi, and Warkworth in Rodney County Council. Licenses Kauri Timber Company to occupy foreshore at Koutu, Hokianga, as site for a wharf, and proscribes dues and rates for uso of wharf. Makes regulations governing the management of wharf at Waitangi, Chatham Islands. Validates election of John James Graham as a member of the Lyttelton Harbour Board. Modifies approval of plan of septic tank which Patea Borough Council proposes to construct in connection with sewerage scheme. Prohibits trawling in portion of Hawke's Bay. Approves plan M.D. 4435 of Auckland Harbour Board's boat-shelter alongside of Nelson Street jetty. Licenses the Northern Steamship Company to occupy foreshore at Hohoura as site for a wharf, and prescribes dues for use of wharf. Approves of spans of now wharf at Westport, of which plans were approved on 13th Fobruary, 1915, being increased. Approves plan M.D. 4432 of Franklin County Council's wharf at Needles. Approves plan M.D. 4437 of repairs and additions to Timaru Harbour Board's No. 2 wharf. Approves plan M.D. 4429 of extension of south bank training-wall in Waipu River, and authorizes tho Waipu River Board to carry out the work. Makes regulations governing the appointment of Harbourmasters and pilots. Declares Manukau oyster-fishery. Licenses Thomas Crocket to occupy foreshore at Half-moon Bay as site for fish-curing shod. Vests management of fisherman's wharf at Helensville in the Helensville Town Board. Approves plan M.D. 4463 showing groins or training-walls which Whakatane Harbour Board proposes to construct for tho diversion of tho channel of tho Whakatane River. Approves plan M.D. 4420 of Auckland Harbour Board's reclamation in St. George's Bay, Auckland Harbour. Makes a special order authorizing the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim land in St. George's Bay, Auckland Harbour. Extends close season for oysters between Albatross Point and Urenui Stream for a period of two years from the 22nd July, 1915. Makes regulations governing fishing in certain lakes in Canterbury Acclimatization District. Declares portion of foreshore of Mongonui Inlet of tho Bay of Islands, fronting the, Toatoa and Te Mamaku Blocks, to be an oyster-fishery wherein Maoris only may take oysters for their own food, and prescribes regulations. Revokes Order in Council licensing Thomas Samuel Davies to occupy foreshore at Kairoperepo, Quoen Charlotte Sound. Prohibits trawling in Akaroa Harbour. Prohibits trawling in Le Bon's Bay, Banks Peninsula. Revokes rental prescribed for license issued to Great Barrier Island County Council to occupy foreshore at Whangaparapara as site for wharf. Approves plan M.D. 4467 of dredging which Westport Harbour Board proposes to carry out, and removal of part of training-wall near lagoon on western side, also approves of Board procuring dredgers as described m specifications. Approves plan M.D. 4471 of wharf which Wanganui Harbour Board proposes to build for use in connection with works for Christchurch Meat Company. Appoints Pawa Rakene to act in place of Moki Witikakeu with Heremia te Wake, Kahi Tipene, and Hohopa Heperi as trustees for Natives in respect of foreshore license at Rawenc for market-houso. Makes provision for representation of Te Puko Town District on Tauranga Harbour Board. Approves plan M.D. 4470 of jetty for Mrs. L. A.
