Particulars of Children on the Books and Removals from Licensed Foster-homes during 1913.
Foster-homes. The total number of licensed homes was 950, so that at the end of the year there were 337 licensed homes in which for the time being no infants were boarded. Rates of Payments to Foster-parents by Parents or Guardians.
