Area, 46 acres 1 rood. This domain is under the control of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Auckland. Used for picnics. There is a beautiful waterfall on the domain. Waitakerei Domain. Sections Nos. 16, 18, 19, E. 64, 65, S. 68, S.E. 75, S. 78, S. 79, 110, 111, and S. 112, Karangahape Parish; N. 54, Block V, Waitakerei Survey District; and 163 and 193, Waipareira Parish. Sections Nos. 86 and 86a, Waipa Parish, and 139, Whaingaroa Parish. Area, 364 acres and 21 perches. Work done during year : Renovation of ladies' baths. Improvements now on domain : House of about twenty rooms, with outbuildings, fencing, orchards, and plantations; ladies' and gentlemen's baths, with bath-house buildings. Used as a health resort. Whangateau Domain. Section No. 156 a, Omaha Parish. Area, 15 acres and 20 perches. Work done during year : Levelling grounds and forming a tennis-court. Improvements now on domain : Hall, piano, tanks, conveniences, ornamental trees, tennis court and shed, concrete cricket-pitch, open and tile drains, 2 acres of native bush, ploughing, grassing, and fencing.
