Ordered, " That a Committee bo appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all matters pertaining to agricultural and pastoral industries, stock, and commerce, with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee which may be appointed by the Legislative Council, and to agree to a joint or separate report ; the Committee to have power to call for persons, papers, and records ; three to be a quorum : the Committee to consist of Mi. Bollard, Mr. Buchanan, Mr. Dillon, Hon. Mr. T. Duncan, Mr. Hall, Mr. Lawry, Mr. Macdonald, Mr. Okey, Ml. Witty, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. T. Mackenzie.) Wednesday, the 7th Day' oe October, 1908. Ordered, " That the petition of J. Bishop and others be referred direct to the Agricultural, Pastoral, and Stock Committee."—(Mr. E. G. Allen.) Thursday, the 16th Day oi>' Decbmuer', 1909.
