They hays been warned again and again, but they still persist. The Hospital has been converted into a benefit society, and the members get in their own houses, or, if they like, in the Hospital, for a small payment for board, free medicines, free medical and surgical attendance for themselves and their families. In addition to all this many do not pay even a part of the £1 6s.
