No. 121.—Petition of Emelia Johnstone. Petitioner prays for £180 10s., being award granted by Compensation Court. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee this petition should be referred to the favourable consideration of the Government, and that the Government be recommended to give effect to the award made by Judge Beckham, and place the sum on the supplementary estimates to compensate the petitioner. 16th August, 1905.

Petitioners pray for a sum of money to be put on the estimates to complete road in Hunua district.
