Wellington, Saturday, 8th July, 1905. The Commission met at 10 a.m. Present: Messrs. McKerrow (chair), Anstey, Forbes, Hall, Johnston, Matheson, McCardle, McLennan, McCutchan, and Paul. The day was devoted to consideration of the report. The Commission adjourned at 10 p.m.

Wellington, Sunday, 9th July, 1905. The day was devoted to the report, which was put into final shape, and handed to the typewriter for copying. Business was over at 6.50 p.m.

Wellington, Monday, 10th July, 1905. The Commission met at 10 a.m. Present: Messrs. McKerrow (chair), Anstey, Forbes, Hall. Johnston, Matheson, McCardle, McLennan, McCutchan, and Paul. The minutes were read and confirmed of the following meetings at Wellington: 27th, 28th, and 30th June, and 1st, 3rd, and 5th July. Moved by the Chairman, seconded by Mr. Johnston, and carried, That the members of the Land Commission wish to place on record their sense of the valuable assistance and courtesy accorded to them by the Commissioners of Crown Lands of the several districts in the colony, and of their officers with whom they came in contact. Moved by Mr. Hall, seconded by Mr. McLennan, and carried unanimously, That a hearty vote of thanks be passed to Mr. McKerrow, as Chairman of the Commission, for his able and valuable services. This was supported by each individual member of the Commission, and replied to by the Chair. Votes of thanks were passed to other officers of the Commission, and the minutes were finally dealt with. The report was approved as typewritten, and handed to the Chairman to be conveyed to HisKxcelleney the Governor.
