Otorohanga, Monday, sth June, 1905. The Commission opened at 9.10 a.m. Present: Messrs. R. Hall (in the chair), W. W. McCardle, G. W. Forbes, W. B. Matheson, and D. McLennan. The following witnesses were heard: Messrs. Ormsby, Quin, Colvin, Matthews, and ForsythThompson. The Commission adjourned at 10.45 a.m., proceeding by special train to Te Kuiti.

McCardle (in the chair), Forbes, and Matheson. The following witnesses were heard: Messrs. Harray, Vercoe, McDougall, Lemon, Ward, Douglas, Wallace, jun., Collins, Tyrell, Campbell-McNaughton, Bossons, Bennett, Matthews, Spooner', McCracken, Seddon, McGhie, Donovan, Taylor, and Fenton. The Commission adjourned at 6 p.m. Rotorua, Saturday, 10th June, 1905. The Commission opened at 4 p.m. Present: Messrs. R. Hall (in the chair), W. W. McCardle, G. W. Forbes, W. B. Matheson, and ThTfollowing witnesses were heard: Messrs. Seddon, King, Bishop, and Turner (District Road Engineer). The Commission adjourned at 5 p.m.
