Petitioner prays for inquiry into succession to the late Tuterakenga Rangiheihei and Ruta Kapuarangi, deceased owners in Mataikahawai, Te Waiotama, and other blocks. I am directed to report that, as there is still a remedy open to the petitioners under section 39 of " The Native Land Court Act, 1894," the Committee has no recommendation to make. 24th July., 1903.
