With reference to your despatch (New Zealand, General) dated the 20th January, 1902, informing me that His Highness Duke Adolph Frederick of Mecklenburg-Schwerin is about to make a tour of the world, I have the honour to inform you that my Government will be pleased to grant every facility to His Highness, and I should be very glad to entertain him should he visit New Zealand.
