Ordered "That there be laid before this House a return showing,- (1) The names of all District Court Judges, past and present, appointed under 'The District Courts Act, 1858'; (2) the salary paid to each Judge, and the time each Judge has held office; and (3) the offices (if any) held by each Judge in conjunction with the office of District Court Judge."—(Mr. Caeson.)
