Bounded towards the North-west by land granted to Henry and Charles Walton and Thomas Elmsley, 12880 links; towards the North-east by the same grant, 35900 links; towards the South generally by the Tauraroa and Mangonui Bivers ; and towards the South-west by the Mangarata Block No. 3208 and unsurveyed Native land, 28120 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
