COUNTIES WHEREIN THERE ARE NO ROAD BOARDS. Subsidy of £2 for every £1 of General Rates levied by the County Council, and actually collected, not exceeding £1,000. Subsidy of £1 for every £1 of such Rates collected in excess of £1,000. (No lesser sum than £2,000, nor greater sum than £10,000, shall be paid in any one year under this provision to any such Council.)
