now the honor to inform your Lordship that it is the intention of my Government, as soon as Parliament meets, to apply for a vote for the purpose of defraying the expenses which will be incurred by the representation of New Zealand at that Exhibition. 2. Parliament will meet for the despatch of business on the 19th of next month, and as soon as possible after the passing of the vote I will inform your Lordship what arrangements it is proposed to make, and also to whom the superintendence of the representation of this colony will be intrusted.
