No. 8. Messrs. John Mackeell and Co. to the Hon. Sir J. Vogel. (Telegram.) London, 21st March, 1876. Sydney Government are offered ten thousand pounds final settlement all claims against all parties concerned with regard Forbes-Cunningham-Hall contract, aud are favourable accept.
