The Survey Staff are now engaged in the survey of the remaining portion of the Railway Reserve and available lands in the Patea District. I have prepared a scheme of the former, which will be forwarded for approval, and I would propose that the sale should take place within three months of the present date, the demand for land being undiminished, and the next sale eagerly looked for.
