* Nos. 9 and 10, containing 10 acres 3 roods, sold to Opunaki Elax Company. One acre of Reserve No. 34 occupied by Cape Egmont Elax Company until put up by auction, their improvements to be added to upset price. One acre of same reserve occupied by Opunaki Elax Company on same terms. Note. —The reserves in confiscated lands appear as such on the maps, but have not been formally reserved by the Governor.
