MESSAGE No. 10.

Ilis Excellency the Officer administering the Government transmits to the House of Representatives Returns of the Electoral Rolls for the Provinces of Auckland and Wellington for the years 1853-54, in conformity with a Resolution of the House of the 21st June, No. 13. His Excellency regrets it was impossible to include the other Provinces in the Return as the Electoral Rolls have not been received by tbe Government here, but should the House wish it, the necessary information shall be written for.
