HOSIERY RATIONING
ALTERATION IN SYSTEM WELLINGTON, Friday The rationing controller, Mr A. J. Costello, announced today an alteration in th£ system of hosiery rationing to take effect when the new ration books are issued in October. In future, two coupons annually will be issued to take the place of the present rationing card.
