JAPANESE SURRENDER

DELEGATE FROM DOMINION (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Saturday New Zealand will be represented at the signing by the Japanese of the surrender terms by Air Vice Marshal L. M. Isitt, Chief of the New Zealand Air Staff, who has left the Dominion for that purpose, said the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, yesterday. The Prime Minister added that one of New Zealand’s naval ships would be in Japanese waters with the ships under Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser’s command when the signing took place.
