COLLABORATORS ARRESTED LONDON, Sept. 22 Admiral Esteva. who co-opcrated with the Germans when he was Resident-General in Tunisia, was arrested to-day. says the British United Press Paris correspondent. The Paris radio says that ViceAdmiral Robert, former Governor of Martinique, who was reported to Puerto Rico after riots in July, 1943. has been arrested.
