RESPONSIBILITY UNEQUALLY SHARED
Within a fortnight of the closing date of the Victory Loan New Zealand is face to face with the fact that the loan is lagging seriously. Finance is as necessary as the effort of the men on the fight‘ing fronts. The fighting fronts are aflame with mighty endeavour; the home front is clogged with unwillingness to lend. Is New Zealand prepared to countenance this unequal acceptance of responsibility in a struggle that means life or death?
