MATAMATA JERSEY CLUB SALE With prices up to TTgns realised, the 15th annual bull sale or the Matamata Jersey Club held at the Matamata saleyards yesterday was one or the most successful yet held by the club. There was a large attendance and competition was animated throughout the auction of entries. Top entries made Trom 60 to ?7gns, and from •15 to 57*gns was given for other good sorts, only three entries were passed in at auction. An average or :i7]gns was obtained Tor the S 7 entries sold. The sale was conducted by the Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, with Mr f. M. Darkness in the rostrum.
