REDUCTION IN FLYING TIME (Received Sept. 19, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18 During the first two weeks of informal air operations between London and Paris planes of the United States Air Transport Command carried more than 1000 passengers from Paris and thousands of pounds worth of priority cargo eacn way, states the American Transport Command European. Division Headquarters. With the formal service starting this week, with additional planes, tl.e flying time has been cut from 2i hours to 14 hours.
