TONIGHT’S PROGRAMMES REGENT THEATRE "Cry Havoc” is a thrilling drama showing the great part played by women when the Japanese overran Bataan. Margaret Sullavan, Ann Sothem, Joan Blondell and Fay Bainter give fine performances in the leading roles. The supporting programme includes the cartoon ‘‘Yankee Doodle Mouse,” “Scrap Happy by Pete Smith, and war news by air mail.
