FIXTURES FOR TOMORROW The draw for the second series of matches in the Waitemata Cup cricket competition to be played at Seddon Park tomorrow afternoon is as follows: Claudelands v. Hamilton East. COMING FIXTURES RECORD TARANAKI ENTRIES The Hamilton Bowling Club will be hosts for a visit from Cambridge Club members on Saturday. The gala day arranged by the Hamilton Club that proved so sirccessful several months ago is to be repealed on March 11 and again Ihe proceeds will be devoted to patriotic funds. • Bowling greens are showing the effects oC the long spell of dry weather, and the playing areas are being carefully tended. Record entries have been received for the Taranaki Centre open foufs tournament which will begin at New Plymouth on January 24. Up to Thursday 84 entries had been made, compared with 68 last year and the previous record of 72. Teams from all over the North Island nave entered, including those of R. N. Pilkington (Hamilton) and W. Hethcrington (Morrinsville).
