BRITAIN AND RUSSIA LONDON, Jan. 13 Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser, Com-mander-in-Chief of the Home Fleet, recently paid a visit in H.M.S. Duke of York to Vice-Admiral Golovko, Commander-in-Chief of the Soviet Northern Fleet. This was the first occasion that the flagship of the Home Fleet had entered a Soviet harbour.
