CHARGE OF MURDER
EXAMINATION RECOMMENDED ; (By Teleg-ranli—Press Association) . AUCKLAND, Monday. On discharge from hospital this morning Leslie Huia Kelly, store- : man, aged 45. was brought before Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., on a charge of attempting to murder Katherine Agnes Kelly on September 7. Remanding Kelly until October 4, the magistrate said he would recommend that facilities be given to allow accused to be examined by a psychiatrist. ‘
