POST OFFICE HOURS
' EASTER ARRANGEMENTS ! A close holiday will be observed ;by the post office and the money order savings bank on Good Friday, 1 April 3 and op Easter Monday. The telegraph office will also observe a holiday on Good Friday, but on Easter Monday will be open between 9 a.m. and noon. The usual mails will be closed on Thursday, April 2, at 7 p.m. and a clearance will be made of letters only at the Chief Post Office at 7 p.m. on Friday for despatch by the Limited express. On Easter Saturday the usual deliveries will be made in the town. A letter mail for despatch by the Limited express will close at 7 p.m. on Sunday and on Monday the clearance of letters for this train will be made. The telephone exchange will be open continuously throughout the week-end. On Easter Saturday the post office will be open from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and the telegraph office from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. The money order and savings bank will be open from 9 a.m. to noon.
