ENTERTAINMENT FOR TROOPS The Hamilton People’s Theatre (incorporated: elected the following officers for 1942: Patron. Mr F. A. de la Mare; president, Mr A. 11. O'Keefe; secretary, Mr J. H. Fifty members attended the annual meeting, when the financial position was stated to be satisfactory. A profit from the last annual production was handed to patriotic organisations. It was decided to hold fortnightly meetings. The possibilities or the People’s Theatre providing entertainment for the troops stationed in the district are to be explored.
