SWIMMER INJURED
ACCIDENT AT SCHOOL BATHS Concussion was suffered by Robin Scott, aged 14, the son of Mr A. H. Scott, of Tenfoot Road, Taupiri, when he struck his head on the edge of the Hamilton High School baths yesterday. The boy, who was preparing to dive into the baths, slipped and hit his head on the concrete. His condition is described as satisfactory. THROWN BY HORSE Possible spinal injuries were received by Mr Russell Sifleet, aged 21, of Te Rore, yesterday when he was thrown by a horse he was breaking-in. The injured man was conveyed to the Waikato Hospital, where his condition is reported as satisfactory.
