HAMILTON V.A.D.’s
The civic authorities, the Red Cross Society, the St. John Ambulance Association, the Women’s War Service Auxiliary, and the Patriotic Committee are holding a complimentary afternoon for the Voluntary Aids selected from Hamilton for Oversea Service, at Toorak Hall, and not at the Soldiers’ Club as previously advertised, on Friday, at 2.45 p.m. It is gratifying that these organisations have combined in this function, and it is to be hoped that their co-operation will continue, as an example to other towns of the unity and strength, which can be acquired by working k)gether for a common cause.
