AIRCRAFT CRASHES
TRAINEE RECEIVES INJURIES (By TelPsrrrii'M.—imp-- \:.«r- a:;- nn WELLINGTON. Tuesday When an aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force crashed at the Evrewell plantation, north-west of Christchurch, yesterday afternoon an airman-pilot under training. Leading Aircraftman JoTin NeviU Callan, received cuts and abrasions and was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital for X-ray examination. The accident occurred during solo training. His next-of-kin is his father. Captain F. J. Callan, Bluff.
