AMERICA AND GERMANY (United Press Assn.—Eleo. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 8 The Tokio radio today said it is believed there that Germany will declare war on the United States within 24 hours. The Berlin radio, commenting on the Japanese attack, said: “It is a result of Roosevelt’s warmongering. Thus this Warmonger No. 1 has at last achieved his aim —brought war to his people.”
