FRENCH TROOPS AT SAIGON PETROL AND BOMBS LANDED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 26, 11.25 a.m.) SAIGON, Feb. 25 The French liner Bernadin has arrived from Madagascar. It landed several hundred native and French troopc. The Japanese at Haiphong have unloaded 30,000 gallons of aviation petrol and 200 cases of bombs.
