MANY BOMBS DROPPED
’ MORE RAIDS ON BRITAIN SEVERAL PEOPLE KILLED DESTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS (Official Wireless) (Received Feb. 26, 11.40 a.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 25 A raid on an East Anglian town resulted in three men and six women being killed and a number injured. The raiders dropped hundreds of incendiaries and a number of high explosives. Business premises, a hotel and several shops were wrecked. Firewatchers prevented serious fires.
