Copyright) GAZA, Feb. 4 The Australian Prime Minister, Mr Menzies, addressing many thousands of members of the Australian Imperial Force, said: “We at home will work to our utmost limit in equipping and sustaining you. Australia will be behind you through good and bad. In munitions alone Australia last year produced ten times the quantity produced in the previous year. This year we will increase it thirty times. There can be no limit to our effort.” Mr Menzies toured the whole of the Australia area and addressed two big parades. He warned the men against paying much attention to stories of industrial trouble at home. “The folly of a few is not the folly of the nation/’ he said. Visit To Troops Mr Menzies announced that he .will visit Australian troops in Libya and other theatres of war. Mr Menzies visited in hospital some 180 Australian soldiers wounded in the Libyan battles. He expressed the pride which the Commonwealth people felt at their achievements in the North African campaign.
