SUGGESTION IN AMERICA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 Senator Walsh introduced a resolution in the Senate summoning Mr H. Stimson, (Secretary of State for War) to report confidentially on the state of national defence, for consideration in a debate at a secret session of the Senate.
