PERSONAL
The Hon. R. Semple, Minister of National Service and Public Works, will arrive in Rotorua this evening from Waikaremoana. He will travel to Opotiki to-morrow, and will meet deputations at Tauranga on Thursday, leaving there on Friday.
Sergeant-Observer R. G. Mills, of the Royal New Zealand Air Force, and formerly of Hamilton, is home on leave.
Mr H. M. Caselberg, of Wellington, supervising valuer of the State Advances Corporation, who was in Hamilton yesterday, has left for Whangarei.
Messrs W. C. Barry, C. S. James, G. Macdonald (Wellington), H. Wrightson, D. Young, B. D. Brewer, H. Judd (Auckland), M. Mitchell (Christchurch) and N. Young (Papakura), are at the Hamilton Hotel.
