FRANCE AND EGYPT NOT AFFECTED BY RUPTURE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 88, 11 a.m.) ALEXANDRA, July 7 The French Legation at Cairo has issued a statement that Egypt is an independent sovereign state and the rupture of relations between England and France does not affect the friendly relations between France and Egypt.
