CONDITIONS IN FRANCE FOODSTUFFS REQUISITIONED ORDERS GIVEN TO WORKERS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, July 7 It is announced from Berlin that the German military authorities have requisitioned all agricultural produce, foodstuffs and semi-manufactured products in the occupied part of France. All business enterprises have been ordered to continue their activies, and employees and workmen have been forbidden to leave their employment or to strike. Prices may not be raised without permission.
