ANNUAL DANCE
OHAUPO TENNIS CLUB Masses of punga ferns and flowers had been attractively arranged about the Ohaupo Town Hall recently, when the Ohaupo Tennis Club held its annual dance. A large number of members attended and visitors from Hamilton and Te Awamutu were also present. Excellent music was supplied by the Regent Dance Band and during the evening the president, Mr E. W. Sage, presented the prizes to the winners of the club tournaments. Novelty dances were won by Mrs R. Field and partner and Miss N. Quealy and partner. Wouldes, multi patterned marocain; V. Wouldes, blue taffeta; C. Ollington, black marocain; J. Vincent, gold lame; L. James, cyclamen taffeta; M. Barker, black lace; H. Bartrum, white and red taffeta; R. Nowland, floral ninon; R. Stewart, blue taffeta; J. Williamson, violet and silver matalasse; F. Crabbe, lemon taffeta; Gloria Reid, white ring velvet; M. Smith, vieux rose taffeta; L. Drumfiond, pink ring velvet; Roie Docherty, black velvet; J. Welch, blue taffeta; V. Coombes, floral georgette; L. Coombes, gold spotted taffeta; T.
