WHEAT IN AUSTRALIA
LIMITED SHIPPING SPACE FARMERS’ SERIOUS PROBLEM (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, July 3 Wheat farmers in Australia are facing a serious problem owing to the inadequancy of shipping space. Good yields of wheat are expected in the coming season. The total crop is likely to reach last year’s record harvest of 215,000,000 bushels. It is feared that more than 56,000,000 bushels of last year’s Australian crop will remain unsold or will be marketed when the new season’s wheat is due for harvesting.
