OFFICERS ELECTED IBv Telecrapn.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday The municipal conference elected the following officrs:—President, Mr Jordan, the Mayor of Masterton; vice-president, the mayors of Auckland, Dunedin, Wellington, Paeroa, Christchurch and Lower Hutt. Executive committee: The president and vice-presidents with the mayors of Nelson, Ashburton, Palmerston North, Sumner and Wairoa, the chairman ot the Auckland Transport Board, the chairman of the Papatoetoe Town Board, the chairman of the Otautau Town Board; legal adviser, Mr John O'Shea; secretary-treasurer, Mr A. E. Hurley.
