M. LOUIS VALCKE (United Press Assn.—Elcc. Tel. Copyright) BRUSSELS, Feb. 16 The death is announced of M. Louis Valcke, Stanley’s principal collaborator in the first Congo exploration, notably the crossing of the Crystal Mountains and the navigation of the Congo cataracts. DR. WILFRED TROTTER (United Press Assn.—Elec. TcJ. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 17 The death has occurred of Dr. Wilfred Trotter, Sergeant Surgeon to the King since 1932 and Surgeon to the University College Hospital. He had published various papers on surgical subjects. DR. ELIZABETH CHESSER (United Press Assn.—Eiec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 16 The death is announced of Dr. Elizabeth Sloan Chesser. Dr. Chesser was a well-known writer on health subjects, among her subjects being “Woman, Marriage and Motherhood,” “Perfect Health for Women and Children.” “The Woman Who Knows Herself,” “Child Health and Character” and “Youth, a Book for Two Generations.”
