BULGARIAN MINISTER! NON-PARTY GOVERNMENT PEACE IN THE BALKANS (United Press Aun.—Elec. TeL Copyright) (Received Feb. 17, 11 a.m.) SOFIA, Feb. 16 The new Bulgarian Cabinet will comprise:— M. Filoff, Prime Minister and Minister of Education. M. Ivan Popoff, at present Minister at Belgrade, to be Minister of Foreign Affairs. M. Peter Gabrovsky, formerly Minister of Railways, now Minister of the Interior. M. Ivan Goranoff, Minister of Ralli ways. M. Bojiloff, Minister of Finance. M. Bagrianoff, Minister of Agriculture. General T. Daskaloff, Minister of War. M. Vassileff, Minister of Public Works. M. Mitakoff. Minister of Justice. Professor Zagoroff, Minister #f Commerce. The Cabinet is non-party. It is stated that the foreign and internal policy is unchanged. Bulgaria will continue strict neutrality and work for the preservation of peace in the Balkans.
