A NEW PLAN
EVACUATION OF CHILDREN PREPARING FOR AIR RAIDS (Official Wireless) (Received February 17, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 16 The Minister of Health, Mr W. E. Elliot, in the House of Commons, announced a new evacuation plan for children if air raids develop on a scale involving serious and continuous bombing. Parents who register under the scheme will have to send their children away when evacuation is ordered and leave them in the reception areas new plan. Mothers will not be included in the until the school parties return.
