OHIXEMIKI JOCKEY CLUB ENTRIES CLOSE FEBRUARY 23 Nominations for all events of the Ohinemuri Jockey Club's Autumn Meeting at Paeroa on Saturday and Monday. March 16 and 18, close on Friday. February 23, at 5 p.m. with Blnmfleid and Co.. Auckland, and with the secretary (Mr J. J. Poland), P.O. Box 62. Paeroa, at 9 p.m. An attractive programme is presented owners, the chief event, the Ohinemuri Cup, bring worth £7OO and the sprint, the first day. £3OO. On the latter day the big race, the Shaw Handicap, carries a stake of £450 and the sprint £3OO.
