W. J. BROUGHTON’S CASE (Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Friday The appeal or W. J. Broughton to the Racing Conference Judges against the two months’ suspension imposed following an Incident on the third day or the Wellington summer meeting was dismissed at the hearing in Wellington to-dav. The decision of the Wellington Racing Club’s judicial committee and of the Wellington district committee, to which Broughton first appealed, has thus been upheld. The conference judges, Messrs D. E. Wanklyn, J. R. L. Stanford, and the Hon. J. McLeod, M.L.C., in their judgment, stated that, arter hearing Mr J. .r.
